Lumina: Workforce Energy Intelligence

As a proud neurodivergent person, my Autism and ADHD shape a reflective, determined approach to innovation. I care deeply about creating impactful, inclusive products that benefit everyone—not just a few. I’ve experienced burnout firsthand, and I’ve watched friends and colleagues suffer from allostatic load (cumulative stress) in silence, or simply without the awareness or language to name what was happening. Lumina is here to change that by creating an entirely new category: workforce energy intelligence. For the first time, we can measure how we spend and use our energy, and recognise that energy isn’t finite, but something we can understand, manage, and renew.
