Working in EdTech in Pakistan (at Taleemabad), we saw a massive gap. While AI is transforming education globally, most tools require high-end devices and reliable broadband—luxuries that millions of students and teachers in the Global South just don't have. We saw teachers overwhelmed by huge class sizes, unable to give students the 1:1 attention they need to master basic skills like reading fluency. 💡 Our Solution: "High Tech, Low Bandwidth" We didn't want to build another complex platform that no one logs into. We asked: What if the world's most advanced AI lived inside the app everyone already uses? That’s why we built Rumi on WhatsApp.
