We built Talliant after watching hiring teams invest in more tools but still struggle with slow screening, interview drop-offs, and poor candidate engagement. Even with an ATS, hiring remained fragmented and reactive. Our insight was simple: hiring doesn’t fail because of lack of software; it fails because there’s no execution layer between candidates and recruiters. Talliant was built as a virtual hiring partner that engages candidates through AI conversations, conducts structured AI interviews, automates scheduling, and keeps candidates informed while recruiters stay fully in control. We focused less on “AI features” and more on outcomes: faster hiring, fairer screening, and better candidate experience.
