The Github for Decisions & Outcomes

Chema creates a new layer between conversation and execution: institutional memory. Instead of just storing messages like Slack or generating answers like ChatGPT, Chema captures what was decided, why it was decided, and what happened afterward. Over time it builds a structured record of leadership decisions and outcomes, allowing teams to review what worked, avoid repeating mistakes, and preserve critical context even as people and priorities change.

Hey everyone, Brian here, founder of Chema. Thanks for checking this out. I built Chema after years of watching important decisions disappear into Slack threads, meeting notes, and inboxes. Months later, teams would argue about what was agreed, why it was decided, or what actually happened. There was no real memory of leadership. Chema is an attempt to fix that. It captures what you decide, why you decided it, and what happens afterward, so context compounds instead of vanishing. We’re still early, and this is very much shaped by real users. I’d love to hear what feels useful, what feels confusing, and what you wish it did. Thanks for being here and for taking a look.
