G3MS

We built G3MS after noticing the same pattern across schools, workplaces, and online learning: exposure is mistaken for learning. People watch videos, skim content, or finish courses, but rarely get enough practice or feedback to reach real mastery. G3MS is built around Drops — short, focused learning loops that require understanding before you move on. Each Drop combines a micro-lesson, a challenge, real-time scoring, adaptive AI support with Ayo, and a clear mastery check. The rule is simple: don’t advance until you actually get it. G3MS started in classrooms, and we’re now extending the same model into career and workforce learning.
