Memovee is an AI-powered movie discovery platform that lets you find films using natural language. Instead of scrolling or guessing filters, describe ideas, themes, moods, or questions. Memovee understands intent and helps you discover movies in ways traditional databases can’t.
I've always just wondered:
- What's available in my streaming services.
- How do I sort movies by metrics I care about.
- How do I find movies based on something I feel.
- Find movies based on certain themes and settings.
- Find movies like another movie that I like.
I started out building Memovee as a demo for an Agentic engine but the results were so good that I decided to build it into a product. I made Memovee to scratch my own itch. So I can find what I want to watch rather than have some algorithm recommend me something.
I believe AI has the power to give people exactly what they want instead of having some algorithm guess what I want by expressing intentions through natural language.
