Your AI Companion for Personal & Business Credit Mastery

StoicCredit is an AI-powered credit strategy platform focused on education and tooling, not credit repair. Instead of generic tips or automated disputes, it teaches how credit actually works, combining a structured knowledge base, an AI companion that explains strategies, timing, and trade-offs based on the user’s profile, and tools like credit card inventory, credit card increase readiness, smart planning and more. Built for long-term clarity, not quick fixes.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Jose, founder of StoicCredit.

StoicCredit was inspired by a gap I kept seeing in credit education. People are told what to do, pay balances down, open accounts, dispute errors, but rarely why those actions matter, when they make sense, or how they fit together as a strategy. That lack of context leads to confusion, mistakes, and short-term thinking.

I didn't want to build another dashboard or "credit repair" tool. The goal was to create something that explains how credit actually works, using the same mental models professionals rely on, but in plain language.

The approach evolved a lot during development. Early versions tried to automate advice, but that quickly felt wrong. Credit decisions are highly situational. So the product shifted toward education first: a structured knowledge base (organized as an interactive mental map) paired with an AI companion that helps users reason through trade-offs, timing, and next steps based on their actual credit data, not templates.

What makes it different:

🔍 Data-Driven Personalization: Upload your credit reports (PDF parsing for Experian/TransUnion/Equifax), track your card inventory with bureau pull intelligence, and get plans built from YOUR actual situation, not generic advice.

🧠 Structured Learning: The knowledge base is organized as an interactive tree covering both personal and business credit, so you understand how concepts connect.

🤖 AI That Reasons, Not Recites: The AI companion uses your credit data to help you think through timing (90-day rules, 5/24 limits), trade-offs (utilization vs. new accounts), and dependencies (what must happen first).

📋 Actionable Plans: AI generates dependency-based credit plans (8-12 steps) that show what can run in parallel vs. what requires sequencing, with specific tools, timelines, and success metrics.

This launch is the first public step, and I'm genuinely looking for feedback:

What feels unclear? Where does the explanation fall short? And where does AI feel helpful vs unnecessary?

Happy to answer any questions, thanks for checking it out 🙏

P.S. 🎁 For the Hunt community: Early adoption only matters if people really use the product. So I’m offering 35% off for Product Hunt users who want to test StoicCredit end-to-end and tell me what’s broken, confusing, or missing. Use the HUNTER coupon at checkout.
