Hey Product Hunt 👋 In institutions where material accuracy is critical, chatbot usage typically relies on a hierarchical answer mechanism, where questions are classified and prioritized, and LLMs are integrated as supporting components within the chatbot pipeline. In Fixein Hermes, however, we distribute LLMs across the entire pipeline. This enables users to ask institution-specific questions in a more flexible and natural way, while significantly reducing the risk of factual errors in the generated responses. This approach may result in slightly longer response times compared to similar solutions, but it allows answers to be validated multiple times and, when necessary (if it's concluded that an adequate response hasn't been provided), directs the user to the relevant department or person.
