Sharing a closer look at the UI/UX for those interested! 🎨 We obsessed over making this feel like a modern developer tool (inspired by Linear/Vercel), not a clunky enterprise ITSM.

1. The Agent Feed: You can see here how the Agents ingest requests directly from Slack (notice the icons), classify them, and prep them for 1-click approval.

2. Command Center: We give IT leaders visibility into "Engineering Hours Saved" vs just ticket counts. "If it takes more than 2 seconds to approve, the UI failed." — That was our design rule. Let me know what you think of the Dark Mode! 👇
