I’m the founder of Holding Space AI, and I built this because I desperately needed it myself.
While waiting weeks to get matched with a therapist, I used ChatGPT to process emotions, but it jumped straight to solutions when I really needed thoughtful questions and space to understand what I was feeling.
So I built this. It mirrors the process of therapy without trying to replace it. It got me through the wait, and I still use it between sessions because things don't stop surfacing just because my appointment is next week.
This is for the in-between moments: when something hits and you can’t talk to your therapist yet.
