I built Sophistia because every investing book talks about moats, switching costs, mission-critical suppliers, habit-forming products, monopoly-like behavior, AI disruption risk, etc… but no stock screener actually lets you search for any of that. Traditional screeners only filter financials. They don’t help you answer real questions like: - Which companies benefit most from the AI datacenter buildout? - Who is most exposed to tariffs or a Trump trade war? - Which suppliers are mission-critical in the rare-earths value chain? - Which consumer brands actually have habit-forming products or strong moats? If you have a thesis - like more HVAC spending, immigration-driven demand, AI infrastructure growth, or rare earths bottlenecks - finding the actual stocks that fit those thesis points is almost impossible unless you already know every company from A to Z… or have the resources of a hedge fund. That’s why I built Sophistia. You describe any factor or theme in plain English, and the AI scores thousands of companies 0–10 on each factor. The companies with the highest total score rise to the top of your custom thematic watchlist - revealing stocks you’d never find through ratios and financials alone.
