While building digital tools for F&B entrepreneurs, we noticed one clear pattern: those who survive fierce competition and continue expanding all share something in common — they’ve built their hit product. When we put this observation into our product thinking, we asked ourselves: Can our tools help both F&B owners and their customers see the core competitiveness of the shop—the items on the menu?
