Hi Product Hunt community 👋 I’m Scott (founder of ChangeMap) and I’m thrilled to share what we’ve been building. Why We Built This Over the years, as I’ve worked with organizations undergoing transformation, I kept seeing the same pattern: there’s plenty of activity — stakeholder meetings, communications, training — yet the people side often lags. Leaders don’t always see readiness, they don’t know where momentum stalls, or where resistance is silently growing. I wanted to change that. I believed there was an opportunity for a tool that doesn’t just plan change, but actively measures, monitors and guides it. Where We Help Many change initiatives fail (or stall) not because of method or technology, but because of people — their readiness, alignment, behavior, sentiment. ChangeMap targets three core issues: • Lack of visibility into how ready teams really are (versus how ready leaders think they are) • Limited ability to predict or pre‐empt where resistance or drop-off will occur • Sparse reinforcement of desired behaviours post-launch, so momentum is lost With ChangeMap you can measure readiness, surface lagging areas, build a compelling case for change, and then keep reinforcement going — all in one platform. Our Change Journey Initially we focused purely on readiness assessment — a questionnaire, dashboards, readiness score. But as we tested it with early users, we learned: readiness isn’t static. It changes. Behavioural adoption is dynamic. So we shifted approach: now we’re integrating ongoing measurement (post-go-live), stakeholder engagement notes, sentiment analysis, and reinforcement prompts. This shift made us rethink the product story: from “assess once” to “guide continuously”. For this launch we’re emphasising that full lifecycle — from readiness to sustainment. I’d love your feedback, suggestions, and open to hearing how you’re managing the people side of change in your orgs. Thanks for checking us out!

@scott_sager Can it auto-remind managers to check in?

@masump There's a light weight feature if you set up a task, but it's not very visible at the moment. Our roadmap for this quarter includes email and calendar integrations that will support that type of feature, but it definitely makes me think of a iteration that we could easily make in the app. Sometimes the simplest things are the ones you overlook. Thanks for the question, Masum!
