Tired of being our customers' Database (SQL/NoSQL) translator. Built dialektai to let each customer ask their own data questions—securely isolated, works with any database. Now SaaS platforms use it to give their users self-service querying and analytics in 30 minutes.

We built this because we were drowning in data requests.
Our customers kept asking simple questions: "Show my California customers" or "What's my monthly revenue?" Every question = a support ticket.
We couldn't use third-party tools (data security). Custom dashboards took weeks per customer. We needed self-service data access that was actually multi-tenant secure.
Built dialektai for ourselves first. Then realized: every SaaS has this exact problem.
The result:
- True multi-tenant isolation (Org A never sees Org B's data)
- Works with any database (auto-generates tools from your schema)
- Production-ready in 30 minutes
- White-label ready for your customers
From "human Database bot" to "AI-powered self-service" in one integration.
@hasajedi This solves the classic SaaS problem: endless support tickets for simple data requests
@masump thats true!

Congrats on the launch!
Very cool concept! Does Dialektai use an LLM layer to translate user questions into SQL/NoSQL queries, or is it based on a custom rules engine?
@chilarai Thank you! Maybe I can say in principle yes we do some translation but those translation layers happen in agentic way, automatically resolving what is needed.

@hasajedi That’s really interesting, Edi. Love the agentic approach.
We’re also working in the API space (Swytchcode). Would you be open to exploring some mutual marketing ideas? It could be fun to cross-promote early.
If so, I am open to connect on Linkedin or email
