I built Pensive because I was stuck between two extremes. Tools like Jira are structured but overwhelming - great for managing work, terrible for thinking. On the other hand, Notion is flexible and clean, but quickly turns unstructured and hard to manage as teams grow. I wanted something in between - structured enough to stay organized, but calm and simple enough to think clearly. Pensive is my take on that middle ground: a workspace that feels organized without feeling like work.
