Hi everyone - I’m Advik Jain, Co-Founder at Optivus Technologies. We built Janus after watching HR teams juggle 6 tools to do three jobs: find candidates, prove fit, and follow through with scheduling and updates. What Janus does: 1) Find: Natural-language talent search across a large, continuously updated graph. Add candidates to a job in one click; unlock verified contact only when you’re ready. 2) Fit: Evidence-based screening of resumes vs JD across Education, Work Experience, Hard Skills, Soft Skills—with strengths, gaps, and why a score was assigned. 3)Follow-through: Prebuilt WhatsApp & Email workflows (technical screens, interview scheduling) plus a unified inbox so every reply stays tied to the job. What changed as we built: We started as “another ATS.” Early users pushed us to collapse the toolchain and remove guesswork. We rewrote scoring to be explainable (not a black box), made WhatsApp a first-class channel, and added RBAC + audit logs so HR could move fast without losing governance. Data, consent & security We respect opt-in/out on messaging, template governance for WhatsApp, and multi-tenant isolation with role-based access.
