Encouraged by a dear teacher I chose to pursue a Law degree at a Russell Group University. However, at 19, my interests began to evolve. During internships at firms such as Hogan Lovells and Olaniwun Ajayi, I found myself less captivated by the intricacies of legal research and more fascinated by the stories depicting these institution’s growth from modest beginnings into multinationals driving meaningful impact. Moreover, I became deeply intrigued by tech founders and the startup world, specifically how technology enables people to build solutions that can shape generations. During school breaks, I immersed myself in coding courses and interviews with innovators like Brian Chesky (Airbnb) and Sebastian Siemiatkowski (Klarna) leaders who, like me, didn’t begin with technical backgrounds but shared an unwavering desire to creatively innovate. As I learned more about coding, AI, and emerging technologies, I realized that my true passion lies in helping businesses innovate and operate more efficiently. Hence, I started an AI automation agency, helping companies streamline repetitive processes, saving time and improving resource allocation. Through this venture, I experienced firsthand the bottlenecks of entrepreneurship: starting, scaling, funding, hiring and an overall lack of info and service centralization. I saw how access gaps, fragmented resources, and limited networks held back many capable founders from either realizing their ideas or scaling their existing ventures. It was during this time in my life that Business Hub was born. Business Hub is a digital platform designed to simplify how businesses start and scale into just a few clicks and centralizing essential industry-specific information, tools, and networks onto a singular platform. On Business Hub, founders simply input their idea/existing business information and receive a detailed start/scale implementation plan. However, the journey does not end there, founders go on what we call a “business life-cycle journey”. A dashboard is created using the information provided, with attainable periodic business milestones to help founders move from idea to launch and from launch to scale. Business Hub revolutionizes business markets via its innovative features. For example, our Entrepreneurial Passport is a universal credibility tracker for businesses as they build on our platform. Furthermore, businesses can access an expansion map, which is like a weather map for the economy informing them of the likelihood of business success and other various business factors influenced by their geographical location. Additionally, our AI as a Co-founder tool helps SME’s and aspiring founders start and scale by providing industry-specific information and suggestions throughout the whole journey. Long-term, we will implement features that serve businesses better and attract larger corporations such as a deal room where users input deal information and receive data-powered predictions can be made, guiding businesses on their expansion journey.
