I just created my first-ever Figma plugin, developed end‑to‑end in Cursor.

Multi-layer AI prompts: Set prompts for one or many layers at once (same type).

How it works
Add your OpenAI API key (stored locally and privately).

Fast select-and-generate
Select one or more layers of the same type.
Set AI Prompt and Generate content.
Prompts are saved per layer locally, so you can regenerate new variations anytime.

Components and instances
Inside a component, select one or more layers (same type).
Set AI Prompt and Generate content.
Later, select one or more instances and run “Generate Content” to fill them based on the prompts defined on the main component—no reconfiguration needed.

Mixed types with targeting
Select layers of different types (e.g., text + shapes).
Use targeting syntax to assign outputs, e.g.:
Generate a realistic portrait photo to {avatar} and a full name to {name}.
Generate content and Contently routes text/images to the right layers.

Security and privacy
API keys are stored securely in local Figma client storage.
Prompt settings are saved locally per user.

Note: This plugin requires an active OpenAI API key with API credits; ChatGPT Pro/Plus does not include API credits.
