I built Aavita because during my eating disorder recovery, I often felt alone and wished there was something to support me in the moments between therapy sessions. Most tools I tried felt clinical or like just another journaling app, and none gave me the compassion or understanding I needed. Aavita is my attempt to change that — an AI companion that offers stigma-free conversations, real-time insights, and tools that actually feel supportive. What makes me proud is that this isn’t just another mental health app — it’s something built from lived experience, designed to make people feel less alone in their journey.
