I'm the solo maker behind Teach-me, a tool I built to solve my own frustration with studying.
While preparing for exams myself, I always felt like I needed someone to question me — like a friend or family member. I’d often walk into a test thinking I knew everything, only to realise I’d missed important details or overlooked what actually mattered.
That’s exactly why I built Teach-me — a tool that lets you upload your study materials and generates a fully customised test based on them. No summaries, no guesswork — just real questions that help you actively retain knowledge and test your understanding.
With Teach-me, you can:
upload PDFs,
instantly generate AI-powered quizzes (multiple choice, true/false, short answer),
take the test,
get insightful test data
share your results, and
track your usage based on your plan.
While the mobile version is still in development (coming soon!), you can already use the web app on your phone — whether you're on the bus to school, grabbing a coffee, or doing anything on the go — to quickly test yourself and prep for your exam.
The app is currently in beta and as a solo maker, I’m focused on building what users truly need — not what I assume they want. My goal is to create a tool tailored to actual user needs, so please utilise my services for a mutual win.
You’ll find a “Feedback” button in the side menu, and I’d love it if you used it to tell me what’s missing, confusing, or would make this more useful for your workflow.

This looks kinda cool, how generous is free tier tho? Students ain't wealthiest to pay for this tools.

Hello, and thanks for asking.
I did my best to make it as affordable as I could without bankrupting me since I'm a solo founder and AI tools can get quite expensive these days.
Free tier is generous enough to test an app and get used to it and if you decide to stick with it a Starter tier should cover almost all your study needs.

This is truely awesome! I love that it generates quizzes directly from my study materials – no more manually creating flashcards or outlines, right? That's a huge time saver. So, how customizable are the quiz types? Can I, for example, specify the types of questions I want more of?
The UI is very organized, the app works smoothly on both pc and phone, I love that I am able to organize classes and lessons, and test generation is very fast and very helpful, and the free tier is already enough, amazing app, will use it a lot in my studies!
