Hidden gem. I found it early on and became a "lifer." <- the only app I've ever done that with. Sleep can be set for 6 hours, 8 hours, or infinite. There's also a 15 minute and 30 minute "break" choice in the "relax" feature. Very well thought out and does exactly what you expect it to do. (Note: I have not tried the other apps recommended)

It has meditation and a few other features to get you through your day. Outside of meditation, the sleep and nap feature are insanely effective.

I can't believe this isn't first on the list. My go-to app for when I really need to focus and get things done. There's some sorcery behind it, as that music always gets the productivity juices flowing. Amazing stuff.

Whether you're trying to focus and get some work done, you need to chill out and relax, or you want something soothing to help you drift off to sleep, Brain.fm has tunes that can help you out. The compositions are completely original, so don't expect to hear songs you know, but they do work like a charm.

Brain.fm delivers a continuous loop of computer-generated music to help you work, relax, read or sleep. But this reviewer found it more of a turn off than a motivator.

So far my favorite (over headspace). I like that it's 5 minutes instead of 10, haha. makes me more likely to do it! and you can pick based on how much time you have.
