The easiest way to send simple newsletters

Buttondown is a simple, powerful tool for building and sending newsletters and emails. I struggled with other tools that were either too complex and expensive or too simple and unwieldy, so I created an alternative: an elegant interface that lets you write and edit quickly while providing all the amenities a modern email app needs.

Easier than Mailchimp if you're jsut getting started in newsletters :)

There are sooo many tools out there and the right answer really depends on your use case. I recently rebooted my personal newsletter using Revue. It's much cheaper than MailChimp (which I also love) and other alternatives and built for people like myself that don't want to fiddle too much with styling, creating a signup landing page, etc.

I use this to stay connected to my network and keep them up to date about what I'm doing. Super easy to use, which helps you over the barrier of starting a newsletter in the first place. Now have about 1500 people following the list -- and managed to maintain an open rate of nearly 50% after more than a year.

Closest I've seen as a LinkyDink alternative.

I tried out Revue earlier this year and was amazed by the ease of use of the product. Revue is a great way to create and send newsletters, and provides all of the features that you need - ranging from paid newsletters to a wide range of integrations to connect the content that matters. Good for Startup emails.
Around the web
Email campaigns are everywhere. Even if you have a website that represents a small local business, chances are that you have a list of your loyal subscribers to inform about happenings in your company. There are different approaches to generate leads. Some methods are time-tested; others are experimental.
Even though it is a free framework, it is known for its custom-built markup language that enables developers to build email templates. MJML's main objective is to simplify the designing of responsive emails. You are enabled to write fully compliant HTML 5 markup that can be used with your email sending software.
A long waiting feature is here! Now you can save email templates directly in the Postcards app and edit it later. If you regularly send newsletters, you will not need to edit the same template and data, just duplicate the template and you will have templates of previous campaigns.
