What would make you trust that an auto-applied application actually arrived?

AI Applyd relaunches on Product Hunt on Tuesday, October 6. Before then, one question for anyone who has used an auto-apply tool or applied to a lot of roles.

Most tools call an application "sent" the moment they click submit. AI Applyd only marks it sent when the employer's own hiring system confirms it arrived, and when that confirmation doesn't come, it says so and shows why.

Most tools in this category autofill a form and report success on their own click. This one does not. AI Applyd watches the employer's own hiring system for the evidence it produces, and only marks an application sent when that evidence exists. When it cannot confirm, it says failed and tells you why. New since the last launch: verified submission end to end, Copilot and Autopilot modes, match reports that show their evidence, sourced interview prep, and checks that flag reposted listings.

When is the right time to launch on Product Hunt?

Because building products has become much more accessible thanks to AI, the bar has had to rise a bit, or at least the expectations have become stricter.

I built my own tool SafeLimit, but personally, I wouldn t launch it on Product Hunt yet because it s still very basic and doesn t even have a website.
