Trusting your co founder
How or when do you know you can trust someone enough to make them your co-founder? In terms of capability, integrity, commitment etc.
Would be great if you can share the story of how you knew your cofounder was the one!

Question is, whose working hours? With distributed teams, it's not so clear if one says only working hours. For me, it doesn't matter. Send me a message anytime, I'll check only when I'm working or once during weekends. If emergency, call. But it has to be an emergency, like "start/stop this now, or we lose a ton of money or get sued".
Should emails and messages be sent only during working hours or anytime?

I'd be sad about having to work on Saturday to make up for the lost day and having my weekend ruined. :( If data blackout on Saturday, then no issue, won't affect me anyway.
What would you do if there was no internet for 24 hours?

Nope. Every time management technique, productivity app etc. I have tried, just takes more time to manage than I'd like. They become counterproductive. At the end, just blocking time on calendar is fast & enough. If some task is super important, then I might set a phone alarm too. But those are very rare.
Do you use pomodoro time management method?

I think that'd take something like Adobe Premiere Pro (or Davinci Resolve - a good free alternative). Steep learning curve though. They've probably used multiple softwares to get the final result. Canva would be much easier to do, but you won't be able to get all the effects you want. I'm not a designer, so take it with a grain of salt.

Not so much. Choosing a font that fits your brand is important, but there're many options. Once you have a great font, you don't need to keep looking for other great ones. The differential in impact is not significant enough. I might do it out of curiosity, but not need. Also, the results of this survey maybe skewed because of the nature of audience here, as everyone's early in the journey....
As a marketing professional, how often do you need to inspect font attributes on other websites?

I think PH gives awards for best videos. tl;dv won it once. You can look for those awards and find others.

Digital planner. But side note - for brainstorming ideas, paper. Digital doesn't move quite as fast as I need for when brainstorming.
Digital planner or paper planner?

The best speech I ever gave was when I had fever. I was so exhausted and under medication, I just couldn't be bothered to worry about messing up. That actually made everything (not my nose) flow. Several people came to me afterwards and raved about how well prepared I was and my delivery. I coughed in acceptance.
NEED FOR ADVICE 🔎 How do you deal with stress before public speech?

I would say that for purely learning purposes, online would suffice. That too, free courses or YT would be enough. MBA is usually for changing career trajectory, unlocking some roles that have MBA requirement or for growing your network. Moreover, to make it count, you'd have to do it from a really good uni.
To learn business, combine learning online plus learning from leaders in the startups...

What steps do you take in between getting a new & exciting product idea, and starting work on it?
At the idea stage, what confirmations/info do you require to be sure that it's worth spending a lot of your resources to make an MVP? If you can answer in bullet points, it would be helpful for all readers.
