About

Building strategic business partnerships is at the heart of my work. I identify opportunities, reach out to potential partners, and explore ways to collaborate. Nurturing these relationships takes time but pays off in the long run. It’s about finding shared goals and making them happen.

Do you ever ask your AI coding assistant to delete bad code instead of writing more?

Spent weeks prompting AI to add new features only to find duplicate functions and messy files everywhere in the repo.

Now every friday i ask it to find redundant logic and unused files so i can clear them out. Keeping the codebase small makes it way easier to manage.

How I wasted weeks "playing business" instead of making money.

My feed was full of "passive income" gurus, so I jumped in. I spent weeks designing logos, tweaking my website, picking colors, and building a fancy brand identity for a new project.

I felt like a real founder. But when I looked at my actual income, 90% of my earnings came from one basic thing: reaching out directly to people, listening to their problems, and offering to help.

The beautiful website didn't make me a dollar. I wasn't building because customers were begging for my product; I was playing business because I wanted to feel productive.

That lesson stuck with me. Now, before I spend a single hour on branding or tech, I ask: "Can I get one paying customer for this idea today using just a simple message?" If I can't, I don't build it.

Building features that free users ask for will hurt your product plan.

In my software company I spent three months creating a complicated dashboard because many free users kept asking for it. I thought it would get them to finally pay for the service.

When we released the dashboard very few of them actually upgraded. The people who paid us said the new look was too busy and that it made their daily work slower.

Free users want a tool to do everything because they do not want to pay for programs. Customers who pay want your tool to do one thing really well and fast.

We started not paying attention to feature requests unless they came from a customer who was paying. We added a label in our support messages so we could quickly see if a suggestion was linked to money.
