About
Margaret is the founder of Creative Thinking Partners, LLC where she partners with schools to provide leadership and instructional coaching, design professional learning experiences, and use design sprints to engage community members in transforming their school culture. She has developed and led faculty induction programs, designed curricula, and supported fellow educators and school leaders in multiple professional learning communities. She has facilitated strategic plan implementation workshops and monitoring. Margaret has also taught educators around the world in online courses and facilitated workshops, in the U.S. and internationally, on ways to shift organizational culture towards growth and learning.
