I started “messing around” with computers in the mid-late 80’s. My first system, a TRS80 CoCo, was a treasure to me! I would spend countless hours on it – much to my parents’ dismay. Most of my programs were games that I would let my friends play. Those were the days of hand-written, Basic programs until cassette tape back up came along. I consider myself a lover of all things tach-related. Although I’m a full-on Android/Google lover, I do not subscribe to the whole “who’s better than who” philosophy because I believe everything has its strengths and weaknesses. For me, who’s “better” is far less important than what’s new and innovative. I simply marvel at how far we’ve come from the days of me using Basic Programming on a TRS80 CoCo!
