EOS is known for its unique lip balms, hand creams, shaving creams, and body care products found in major retail outlets. Before his success with eos, he co-founded The Kind Group in 2006, a consumer product incubator focused on innovative product ideas. Before that, he managed Angry Elephant Capital LLC, a private investment fund based in New York and Shanghai.
