I use it to coordinate multiple projects and multiple teams and it allows us to keep everyone on the same page with tasks, notes, to-do lists, links, references, shared documents, etc. Pros: Easy to use, fast data entry and review of shared project information. Useful for content sharing and collection and project coordination. Cons: None yet
