Like any classic entrepreneur, I am a lot of things. But primarily, I am a marketer, designer, product developer, and innovator. Buzzwords aside, I love to create things, test them, dig into the data, and make them a beautiful, yet functional, experience. I am the Co-Founder of Aspyn Market, designed to make mental health resources accessible to everyone, regardless of financial, employment, or insurance status. I am a huge advocate for mental health and having experienced my own bouts of mental health ups and downs, I know how important it is and how impactful it can be to get some extra help with a curated mental workout. In my previous life, I worked in an ed-tech startup and saw it through an exit after growing the valuation of the company and launching two successful products.

How do you stay healthy?

Being a founder/builder is a lot of work and can take its toll on your health. What's your strategy for staying healthy? I'm a walker and can easily crank out 15+ miles a week, eat only plants and hit the gym 3-5x a week. What's yours?
