Really appreciated not having to manually enter data into flashchards/quizzes, etc. Could definitely replace quizlet for me! The UI is a little busy but spending a few minutes navigating it is worthwhile.

I do not use this as often as I once did. I find the learning curve a little steep. I intended to use it for both study purposes and personal knowledge management system. I came to it as a PKMS as it was previously in beta and recommended by another site. Still, neither this nor Notion are as intuitive as they could be.

Better for second brain, very different from Notion. Barebone bullet-point style knowledge management, but something powerful in its simplicity. What I mean by this is that it allows frictionless thought-capture, just jotting down thoughts in its most basic form. Yet, its simplicity doesn't mean it is unorganised; so many features keep coming to help organise it post-jot. My go-to thought capture tool and second brain.

RemNote provides me with a sensation: weighty - its complexity overwhelms me. Even basic tasks such as "creating tags" become intricate endeavors. Due to these circumstances, I have sought refuge in an alternative note-taking software.

Love it. Can view notes in multiple panes. Can create flashcards. Can easily nest dot points and collapse nesting. Can organise notes in endless nested folders. Perfect for studying.

I honestly don't know what I would do without this app, it unites note-taking and flashcards thus saving me TONS of time!! AND the basic features are completely free, which I really appreciate. The mobile app makes everything even easier and more practical

A great mobile addition to a great desktop app. I use it every day for a huge range of tasks from quick notes to my personal knowledge base. And thanks to the quick and easy creation of flashcards based on any information, as well as the built-in spaced repetition alogorithm, all records are not lying dead weight, but actively used. I also keep a task list in RemNote, which is also convenient to use on a mobile device

This app exactly fits my needs. Apart from other basic note-taking features, this has something I dreamt of highlighting and spaced repetition. - PDF highlighting and parallel note-taking on them. - FlashCards - Daily Notes Cons: - Tagging feature is not ok. I like RoamResearch's tagging feature rather than RemNote's.
