I made the mistake of buying a license through AppSumo (not PitchGround, but thanks for the confusion anyway). The product? Solid. The support and management? A complete dumpster fire. I was offered “unlimited seats” — emphasis on unlimited, not 500, not 20, not ‘write to us every time you want one like you’re begging for favors.’ When I tried to use the offer (you know, the one YOU made me directly), suddenly nobody could find my payment, there were “technical issues,” and I had to send a small novel’s worth of screenshots just to be treated like a real customer. After dozens of emails, inconsistent terms, and seat limits that changed like the weather, I’m still unable to issue even ONE license to someone else — two years later. And now you’re telling me I accepted some PitchGround terms I never even saw? Yes, the software works. But the experience of dealing with your team has been so miserable, I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. I requested a refund — not because the product sucks, but because I never want to have to contact your support team again in my life.

Its like you bought a cat inside a box. You don't know what color is the cat and what type is it.. Like this site, when you want to create a deck, you need a token by subscribing their plans. Well all goes well until i put some money in, The design looks too old, the deck i got is not structured even i got some of the word are big and some are not. I talk to them but their terms are not allowing them to refund me the money because of the FAIRNESS ?? Is it really fair when you want to generate something you'll be asked for a money without giving any example of what will be generated after ?

So, you asked so many questions about what i want and in the end of everything i can only see a paywall , so i am still not sure should i pay or not cause i have not seen anything only your questions UPD: thank you for your reply, I have updated the rate, but i am still not sure that this is a good idea to tell about "free" something when you main target and main focus on main screen has nothing for free also i found on PH page that you have free options , but i have not seen them on site p.s. i can change my rate if you tell me how to look at least 1 slide of future presentation = i will know what i gonna pay for

I have just created a producthunt account only to leave this review bc I feel cheated after trying decktopus. At the beginning, it looked promising but when I opened the ppt I saw a bunch of non-sense pages, when I exported them to ppt to edit them I realized the app only provides screenshots and forces you to do the changes online on the app only. What a rip off considering it's a paid app. Luckily someone will read this and save a few bucks instead of throwing them into the bin like I did

I really like the idea and the concept, especially the "Day access" companies like Canva should also adopt a similar strategy. I would also suggest integrating the use of AI to help with content and collaborating with servers like Shutterstock to power up the entire product
