As you start to download more apps, your top bar will get cluttered beyond belief. Bartender allows you to hide all but the most necessary tools on your toolbar, but still access the other ones with one click. This should be a core-Mac OS feature in my opinion. But bartender is awesome

Been using 1Blocker on Mac and iOS for a while now and it's really the best one out there.

I really like 1Blocker, though it can be a bit buggy at times. It's based on Apple's Content Blocker API so very fast and light. Purify is apparently coming to Mac on the 30th as well so you might keep an eye on it as well.

Essential tool as I do a ton of copying/pasting in my role as a Social Media Manager. It also is a godsend if you route your screenshot folder to Unclutter's dropdown folder. I have my directs download Unclutter, aText, BetterSnapTool as soon as they start working for me.

I use this one. Does good enough job blocking access to apps and websites I don't want to spend time on when working. Also has a "hardcore mode" where you literally can't turn off work mode during certain times. It's awesome.
