Markdown support is just amazing. I use it for quick notes, short stories, and podcast scripts. Just beautifully designed and incredibly flexible for exports. A little on the pricey side, especially the iphone app, but love using it.

I'm a big fan if Typed for it's completely stripped down interface. And Zen mode is great when you really need to focus.

I love Typed for it's complete lack of a UI and minimalistic approach. Accepts full Markdown too
