Habit List

Manage habits w/ a clean interface showing streaks & trends

Create good habits, break unhealthy ones, build a better you.

Aleksandra- Maker @ Tealosophy, Supergirls
I put my resolutions into the Habit List and it really helps me to keep track of how I'm keeping to them (daily, weekly, monthly analytics). The limitation is that you can add mostly actionable items like 'go for a run', ' do morning meditation' or 'reading 100 pages a day'. It does not help to track resolutions like 'improve emotional well-being', 'improve … See more

I also tried Habit List and love it for simplicity. Reminders are very helpful!

I use Habit List, and it gives me a great overview of my habits and routines. Easy customization and clean design are the main advantages for me, though morning reminders are very helpful too :)

Momentum

Delightful habit tracker for iOS 8 with Today view widget

mark!- Sr. Social Media Manager, Red Bull
It's such a simple but effective app. You pick which habits you want to perform on a weekly basis and fill in each day with green (or red if you miss a day) blocks. Momentum and Nike Run Club are probably a huge reason why I've kept on track of running at least 1 mile a day since the new year.

Momentum is very visual, easy to use and packs (notes, recurring habits, weekly goals, calendar widget in Todays view…). And it syncs with the (free) Mac app!

I have a premium version of Momentum and have been using it for more than a year. Premium version gives me unlimited number of habits/ routines, because I definitely need more than 3! I love the app for a very simple overview of my daily habits and my progress (how many days in a week I actually stick to them). Really recommend it!

Meditation for people who never have time

Robert McLaws- Co-Founder, CloudNimble and BurnRate
I used to have serious problems getting to sleep. Now, I use SimpleHabit to do one of any number of sleep meditations, and I sleep MUCH better. I also rarely get insomnia now, where it used to be a huge problem.
Lindsay Saewitz- Chi Entrepreneur + The #Bizamo Project
So far my favorite (over headspace). I like that it's 5 minutes instead of 10, haha. makes me more likely to do it! and you can pick based on how much time you have.

I love the variety of guided meditations, for different cases (better sleep, anxiety, stress, etc) and levels.

Jan Sysala 👨‍💻 ⚛️ 🚀- Front-end dev 🔎 for remote web dev job.
You can track habits (positive/negative), daily tasks and to-dos. Easy to use, multi-platform. Gamified, with possibilities to create/join guilds.
Anthony Glyadchenko
Makes taking care of your todos and habits a little less painful. Level up, new abilities, raising pets. Doesn't let the gamification get in the way of managing your todos. Great third party API. Wonderful community. Collaborate with others on tasks to defeat bosses.
Nik Lal- Word nerd
Gamification isn't for everyone. It is for me. Getting XP to level up my character and gold to buy quests, getting random item drops upon performing the task that I'm trying to habitify, all this works for me, really well. More things I love: joining a party of friends to complete quests without have to share my task+habit list, and free and open source with… See more

We developed this a few years ago, always see a lift in usage during the new year for those new year resolutions :) There's a lot of to-do type apps out there. We wanted to focus on more time-based activities.
