Taskr is a free and simple task manager app for macOS that helps you create simple routines and tasks for your day. I started Taskr because I couldn't keep with a to-do app for more than a week. I tried a lot of to-do apps, in the beginning is all beautiful, but eventually I started using the app less and less.

I use this every single day. I love seeing the reports of what sites I've been browsing and my productivity score. I like using after 9-5 workday as well just to see what I do with my free time.

Stay focused and crush procrastination

We all know and hate the guilty feeling we get when we procrastinate. With Time 2, that feeling is a thing of the past. To use the app, you add a task like "Tweak Sketch mockups, 30 minutes.” & a brightly colored timer counts down as you work. This timer helps you feel a slight twinge of pressure so you get your work done.

Taskful has a beautiful interface and is available for Android & iOS. It's a simple task manager that focussed on letting you create subtasks with ease to reduce the amount of stress that comes with getting things done. It's unfortunately not available on desktop yet, though.
