1st workout of the week done βœ… Plank was hard today πŸ˜… Update Thursday : Workout done βœ… I was starting classes at 10am instead of 8 am so I did my workout before going to college. My workout takes 30minutes so I won’t probably do it in the morning when I start at 8am, at least for now.
@mrcalexandre Do you use any apps to track your habit? I use Strava and Gyroscope to track how many times a month I workout. Also, HabitList is great as I can create and track smaller goals for every day, like: βœ…do a plank βœ…do stretching
@aleks_muse Yes I use apps to track my habits, I really like Quantified Self. For general habits, I am using Coach.me right now, in addition to Maker Goals 😁 I use Gyroscope to track a lot about me. I love this app! πŸ™Œ Sadly, the app I am currently using for my workout is not compatible with Apple Health (Intervals Timer) so I am adding my workout manually in Gyroscope every time. My workout is composed of 11 exercises so I am only tracking the entire workout and not each exercise separately Smaller goals are a great technique so HabitList seems perfect for that, to "not break the chain". I also read great things about Habitify
