@johnny_boufarhat What's your strategy to do it? 20 min sounds very difficult for me lol...I tried doing 5 min meditation per day but stopped doing it😂.

@abadesi @harowitzblack No real strategy other than forcing yourself for 2 weeks -- after that it becomes a habit and you start noticing the difference similar to when you notice changes after a few weeks at the gym.
@johnny_boufarhat Are you allocating a specific time of day to do it? or using any apps to help?
@abadesi Yes usually I do it in public transport (on way home & to work). I went to a 2 day retreat to learn transcendental meditation (different to mindfulness but same outcomes). I used to use headspace, but I wanted to go a step further...
