We are trying to solve the Paywall Problem:

- Low conversion rates (sometimes <1%) because a lot of people hate paywalls and don't want to juggle multiple subscriptions.

- High churn rates because a lot of people don't feel like they're getting consistent value from their subscriptions and so cancel over time.

- Both of these leading to lower revenue than the content creator needs and deserves.

Our solution is to bring a sense of fairness to both sides of the transaction:

- Users should be able to pay for content when they want it and pay only for what they consume, even if it's half an article, 30 seconds of a video, or one chapter of an audio book.

- Makers should be able to focus on creating an amazing user experience and not have to worry about checkout flows, conversion funnels, abandoned carts, or churning subscribers; they should get paid instantly for the content their users consume.

- Works behind the scenes with minimal-to-no impact on any site's UI/UX

- Developer-friendly requiring only a code snippet to be added to your site

- User-friendly as it provides an easy way to control spending and see costs

- Compatible with existing subscription plans, i.e. you don't have to change your business model

- Helps capture the long-tail of value most subscription models leave on the table

- Can dynamically change the price of content to optimize revenue based on demand

- We have the product roadmap and know how we will deliver this

- We are building the demo so we can test our assumptions

- We are building a subscriber waitlist to demonstrate demand
