Start with user acquisition, once you have a pipeline, start generating revenue from them. You can't generate revenue without users.

I think it depends what phase you are. If you are in phase 1, it is better to focus on user acquisition and sprint your product, make it better, then you will get into the phase 2, and is the time for revenue generation!
