@tanya_p funny thing is that it doesn't always. have too much and you go on the wrong side of the stress chart :))

@sophiasolanki hehe!!! I guess it's super important to know when to stop :P But a good cup of strong coffee is a great pick-me-up :)

A cup of coffee and a book in isolated area really helps.

Honestly, taking a nap once in a while really helps lol. If there's way too much work and I can't afford to take a quick power nap, caffeine is my best friend. I take short breaks every now and then to destress - I usually scroll through Instagram or play some games.

Sauna for sure! as long as it's hot enough, It's hard to think about anything in there, let alone stress.

When work gets tough, my go-to stress relief is cleaning my house. Doing chores like tidying up or washing dishes helps me clear my mind and feel more in control. Plus, it’s a great way to get a little physical activity in.

I usually watch some "light" TV series and can play games. It makes my brain relax a little bit... and of course food! haha what about you, Tanya?
