Whether it's chat or not, while designing experiences, the most important thing is to not get caught up in filling the space with everything you see on your competitors' project. You need to prioritize your customers, and give them ONLY what's best for them. Overwhelm is not a good outcome for your customers.

Consider PH launch as one milestone. So after launching here, continue on other platforms. After that is done, continue marketing on all relevant platforms. Keep improving customer experience on your website and other channels.

People using chatgpt to write comments, is just inhuman. Quite literally.

I think having a roadmap publicly available for your customers on the website is really a trust-building thing. They get to know you’re really invested in this, that there’ll be updates coming up across the year. It shows commitment.

If the design system and branding guide says yes to you as a designer, you must listen ;) But really, sometimes the meanings generally associated with colors may not sit well with the design. In that, it’s good to let go of that. Also, consider accessibility while making these decisions.
