Review of The Grow Op
One of the few newsletters I open the moment it arrives. The tips and templates are immediately useful, and the roundup of links always has at least one gem in there that makes my week. If you're a marketer or interested in marketing in any way — do yourself a favor, stop reading this review, and just subscribe.

Thank you, Aparna!
Thank you so much Aparna!! ❤️
Marketing salaries and compensation can have such high variances and often it's the underrepresented and minorities that get taken advantage of. This is a great resource to help level the playing field and a guide for employers to fairly compensate their employees. Kudos to the team!
Salary transparency is so needed in all fields, but especially in marketing where facility with the English language makes everyone think they're an expert. I'm here for any tool that helps marketers get paid what they're worth.
Generous community and learning platform. Sarah and team do a fantastic job of engaging learners beyond the course materials—which are thoughtful, fun, and immediately useful.
I love the transparency this is bringing to our industry! One quick question—are the salaries listed here in USD or a mix based on where folks are coming from? If we contribute our salary, should we specify which currency it's in? (Or, as a Canadian, should I just put mine into USD?)
