Amazing product with incredible potential. Tried it, loved it, the only thing retaining me from using it daily and paying premium is bulk import. I have too much things saved on Notion to migrate everything one by one, but will certainly switch to Capacities as my main workplace when they add it!

It's a beautiful note-taking app that simplifies the creation and organization of custom "objects" without ignoring the importance of beautiful design. The team behind it is extremely helpful and dedicated, and the user community is excellent and growing! I've been using Capacities as my primary note-taking app since May 2023, and it has replaced Obsidian and Reflect. Both of those, while truly excellent, don't excite me the way Capacities has - and it's getting better every month!

Very useful and powerful app--I use it for my personal knowledge management and tracking writing projects. Supportive community and very active founders. Transparent roadmap. Capacities is going places!

This is an amazing program, it has many key features of the software, but keeps a very elegant and clean UI, all I can tell you is to give it a try, you won't regret it!

Capacities is a beautiful note-taking application that combines an awesome user interface, well thought functionality, and an excellent development team. You can define various content types (like person, application, book, movie, ...) with certain attributes (text fields, connections to other content types (e.g., person <-> company). These content types can be used to structure your notes. You can also use a calendar-based journal, email, Telegram, and WhatsApp integration. It is available for Mac and Windows as well as the web. I'm currently testing the beta iOS app, which feels like being ready for prime time.

Tried all the known note taking apps and journal apps, but this is the one that changed everything for me! Note types are a real game game changer but also the nice formatting options. Finally a note taking app I really use on a daily basis without much friction. Love it!

I tested the most popular note-taking apps, but none felt right like Capacities. It offers a great balance between structure and flexibility that suits my needs. Its unique object-based approach makes capturing your ideas and thoughts intuitive and standardised, reducing cognitive load. Moreover, it provides powerful features to view, embed, and layout information, catering to both visual and analytical thinkers. Furthermore, the product is continuously evolving, with its founders dedicated to enhancing user experience and constantly seeking ways to improve the product by actively listening to community feedback!

I highly recommend Capacities as a note-taking app and more. Unlike Notion, Capacities offers a seamless user experience with increased flexibility without the hassle of designing workflows. The daily note feature is a significant advantage of this app.

Capacities offers a potent and user-friendly experience. I was unaware of the advantages of its unique "object-based" approach to note-taking until I tried it myself. Now, I no longer struggle to remember where I stored those seldom-accessed notes. This app has significantly enhanced my ability to intuitively arrange and format my notes. Moreover, thanks to its adaptable nature, Capacities serves as both my personal knowledge management (PKM) tool and personal CRM solution.
