Hi all, at WISS we are at the stage where need to decide what customer support solution we are sticking to. I checked competitors, and many of them use Intercom.
Do you have any other recommendations that work for you?

I tried Hubspot as a CRM and blanket support tool - but it wasn't too great; so I built my own in-app support mechanism - but thinking of trying something else.
What do you recommend?

@wisanishilumanimakes Okay, nice. Actually, I can't recommend anything as I haven't tried any of those. Same as you, trying to choose the best option. Intercom and Zendesk have the most traffic, so I should probably give it a try
We've had great success with Zendesk for its robust ticketing system and seamless integration capabilities. It's user-friendly for both our team and customers, enhancing our support efficiency significantly.
We’re actually building an AI phone agent for customer service! It’s www.ringly.io

@maurizioisendoorn writing this post I had you guys in mind haha. When the traffic is low, we want to give human support, but hopefully, it will change soon and we will need some extra help from AI and you :)
We use Intercom, but in the past, I've also used Helpshift and custom company-built tools/

@paulinahryniewicz Why do businesses like Intercome so much? Is it really that great? Why did you decide to switch from Helpshift?
We rely on Freshdesk
it's like having a separate staff to handle inquiries and problems from customers.
I use a combination of ZipChat (ai trained on all our FAQ and CRM data) and ReAmaze which also filters in all our social media post comments.
https://plain.com is King. Gives you the power matched with simplicity and customization.
We've been using Zendesk for our customer support needs, and it's been incredibly efficient in streamlining our support tickets and communication. Its flexibility and integration capabilities really stand out, making it a solid choice for managing customer interactions.
Hubspot and Zendesk is what Ive seen the most lately
