I am not much experienced but I feel that most subreddits are blocking to promote your work or they are overloaded by users promoting their products and nobody cares 😅 I think the best is to be an active member of subreddits of your niche and drop the name or benefits of your product in comments of posts that are related

@markus_hiller I myself barely have presence on Reddit , will but increase who knows where you can find your next customer
I use Reddit a lot and there aren’t really any subs that are particularly helpful for promoting your product. You can find some great resources there and decent feedback (if the cynics don’t gang up on you lol).
In terms of brand awareness the culture of Reddit is pretty against it. Many people use it as a hobby site and will not be helpful if they believe a company is trying to exploit their interests for profit. It’s really hit or miss though.
