I'm launching a free plan and I'd like to get your feedback

Hey Karthik, Website looks clean and the product looks well polished. Few improvements. 1. Took me a little bit of time to understand what your product is. (I first thought you guys will find me users to give the feedback, then later recognized that I need to collect feedback on my own ). Your headline needs to be either value focused or feature focused. I do not find either on the headline. 2. I got the understanding of your product when I scrolled down to "No more “where do we collect product feedback?” - I think this is already way too late, people may already have bounced. 3. I've create the account and I was taken to the product page with empty screen with many UI elements. I fell very lost and didnt know what to do from there. Maybe have some first time UX guides? Overall, the product is very promising and I am going to start adding some feedback there to see how I can integrate this into my practice. Good luck!

Hi Karthik! The site is looking great. Been impressed with the aesthetic for a while! Love the hero section. I must admit, reading the first word as "Listen." threw me off a little — I was wondering if it allowed me to record user interviews from Zoom? But I believe it is not that. I love the sections on the homepage, it feels like you really are nailing some of the key questions a prospect might be asking. "No more “where do we collect product feedback?”" really spoke to me! I never thought I was one of those people who wants a video walk through, but this homepage really made me want one. It'd be great if the screenshot in the hero section had a quick "play" button to watch a ~1m intro video. I can see some of the features of HelloNext from the homepage but I can't see a nice full summary of them all without clicking onto other pages. We currently use ProductBoard so not sure I'm quite right to objectively assess the free plan feature set. From an understanding perspective though, my one question is: What is a "Feedback Board"? All I know is I get two of them on the free tier. I can guess, but it'd be great if you had a tooltip for more info next to each feature listed out so there's no guesswork as to what you're getting on each plan. Hope that is at least a teeny bit helpful. Love the site, the look and feel, looks sharp. Congrats on building something great, and best of luck with the roll out of the free plan!
