Just create an account and launch - no need to engage with the community or give anything back, your product is so awesome it will be Product of the Day regardless ;)

Before the launch you should spend months registering new ProductHunt accounts with Twitter and posting comments and Tweets with each of them (preferably generated with ChatGPT) every day.
You can use thispersondoesnotexist.com to generate profile pictures.
When you reach around 1000 fake accounts, that have unique personalities and a history of commenting and following people, you are ready to launch your product!
