I have been working in the major area of online payment, product management and process & quality in corporate companies, SMEs and startups since 2004. In particular, as a specialist for Digital Commerce in a leading role of cross-functional teams (Agile Product Owner since 2015); having worked with Product Marketing, Inhouse Development and the User Experience Lab. In an expert role, I supported on the topics of process optimization, service implementation and internal knowledge transfer (info & knowledge management). Since November 2019, I am co-founder and Managing Director of "DropFriends".
