I started by always getting them via email, printing them out, then signing them, scanning them and eventually sending them back per mail - a horrible UX

Hey ProductHunters!
I'm so happy to finally be able to launch fynk with you. After two years of meticulous work by my colleagues and me, we are proud to show you our AI-first contract management platform: fynk ๐
โ The current market either forces you to have 5 different tools and services to get a contract signed, or pay a fortune for an enterprise solution. No more! โ
It started with three...

AI contract management
๐ fynk is more than just contract management. Built with powerful AI at its core, it seamlessly imports and integrates your existing and external contracts into powerful workflows: create, automate, manage, collaborate, and sign - all in one platform!

Do you sign contracts & documents digitally or still on paper?
Despite doing pretty much everything digitally from online banking to taxes, most of the contracts I receive are still sent to me via email which are then printed, signed, scanned and sent back ๐ซ
Have you managed to be 100% digital signatures?
This broken process is why we started fynk by the way (which is live today! ๐ฅณ): https://www.producthunt.com/posts/fynk

In the beginning, the easiest ones to get are
- directories
- social media profiles
- launch platforms
- cooperations
Then you'd ideally start with guest blogging (reaching out to fellow makers for example)

Yes, most of my projects make use of AI in one way or another. Most of them are centered around creating content in one way or another, so utilizing AI & LLMs for these ideas makes sense.

I am both for different projects ๐คฉ
There are benefits to both. The power and speed you have as a team is unmatched, also you can share responsibilities which is very important to have some peace of mind at the end of the day.
When working solo on a project, I can make decisions faster because all the info around the project is always centralized in my head. But being the sole person...

It depends on if you're completely new to the platform or just returning after a long break. For the first I'd say a couple of weeks or month is good, if you've already been here two to four weeks will be enough.
We're also about to launch next week if you want to check us out: (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...)

I don't have a monetizable hobby other than making web projects ๐
But that's fine because this way I can keep doing my hobbies just for fun ๐
Do you have a certain skill that you could monetize? Other than the one you use in your current job.

AI should not be integrated for AI's sake.
With that being said, I believe a lot (if not most) projects profit from AI in one way or another. So it makes sense that there's such a strong focus on it.
AI should always complement the ideas of the product and not just be a forced feature to be able to write "AI-powered" on the home page.

Find out where they hand out and then ask yourself how to reach them.
Could be running ads, building a community, etc. - it really depends (as always). The advice to focus on only one in the beginning is that it will take a lot of time no matter what you do. Going all in on being active with one audience will yield better results than trying to be everywhere at once.
In the beginning, cold...

Hey! We're also about to launch fynk next week:
Besides the obvious like:
- creating good screenshots, that explain one feature / idea per image
- writing a catchy tagline and a clear product description and
- writing an extensive first comment about the product and its story
I believe the most important pre-launch activity is warming up your network. If you have a community, a business...
First Product Hunt launch for me next week! Super stoked. Any pro tips?
